Library After Dark

This family-friendly activity is an escape-room-inspired treasure hunt!  Can you solve the clues and find the treasure - all while exploring the Library After Dark?

Teams are encouraged but not required.  Each team must have at least one adult member, and we recommend all clue-solvers be ages 8+.  Adults are welcome to participate in teams or individually.

This clue-solving adventure is the most fun when you do it with family or friends.

Any players 17 years or younger must participate on a team, and each team must have at least one adult member.  We recommend all clue-solvers be ages 8+.  Younger children can participate under adult supervision.  (Please note that some areas of the library may be fairly dark during the program.)

Registration:

Registration is required for this program.  Please create just one registration per team. Use the "notes" section on the registration form to indicate how many team members you plan to have.  Team sizes of 2-5 are recommended.  Each team must have at least one adult team member.

Additional Details:

Most of this event runs after the library has closed.  Certain areas of the library will have the overhead lights turned off during the program.  Flashlights will be provided for in-program use. 

The program will involve exploring different areas of the library.  Be prepared for movement and walking.  Chairs are available in each area, and the elevator will be available for use. 

All teams must follow library policies during this event, including respecting staff only areas.  Unsafe or inappropriate behavior will result in your team being asked to leave.  

All participants must arrive by the program start time.  No additional participants may enter the library after the library closes for the day.
