Maple sugaring is a late-winter process that turns the sap of sugar maple trees into delicious syrup—and it’s easier than you think! Learn how to identify sugar maples, when to tap them, what equipment you’ll need, and how to boil sap into syrup. We’ll wrap things up with a comparative syrup taste test.
