In honor of National Poetry Month, we're making personalized tote bags featuring your favorite quote from poetry or literature!
Book an individual appointment time with a Makerspace librarian who will walk you through the design process, then cut the quotation out of heat-transfer vinyl on our Cricut machine and use our heat press tool to securely attach the design to a tote bag.
All materials are provided and you don't need any previous experience to do this project. Simply choose a favorite quote, book an appointment time, and create a tote bag that shows your love of literature!
Appointments are 1 hour. Please register for the time slot you would like to attend.
You can do this project individually or with a small group of friends or family members (up to four people max, please). Please indicate the number of attendees in the "notes" area of your registration. All attendees will be expected to sign the "Makerspace Liability Waiver" at the start of their appointment. Minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver.
